All clergy, employees, and volunteers who interact with minors and vulnerable adults are required to complete and maintain safe environment credentials through the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
In addition, Trustees, Parish Advisory Council (PAC) members and Finance Council members are also required to complete and maintain safe environment credentials.
NEW VOLUNTEERS
To ensure successful completion of the requirements, carefully follow instructions on the VIRTUS Account Registration Guide to create a new account. If you have an existing VIRTUS account, contact Terri Hunt at 612.920.5030 ext. 22 or thunt@ctkmpls.org for assistance so your account can be updated prior to login.
Total Time Commitment: Approximately 95 minutes

RECREDENTIALING CURRENT VOLUNTEERS (alreadly E3 compliant)
All volunteers working with minors and vulnerable adults need to recredential every three years.
Total Time Commitment: Approximately 45 minutes for full recredentialing

MINORS
Minors between the age of 13 and 17 who are either employed with Christ the King or volunteer with minors or vulnerable adults, are required to complete the following paperwork, and also obtain two reference letters on their behalf.
